Welcome to the website of Tavonians Theatre Company, Tavistock's amateur theatre group established in 1935.

We aim to be amateur in nature whilst professional in our standards, and we welcome new members whether wanting to be on stage or behind the scenes.

You'll find plenty of interesting information from the links above, whether you are a member, thinking of joining us, or wanting to see our next production.

In late December we heard that our application for charity registration had been successful.  Alongside this new status we felt it was time to update our branding, so here is a new style and new logo.  The previous logo was an image of stage lighting and we have taken the same theme and refined it into a modern and versatile image.  The process of updating the website is an ongoing one - we're also working on making it more user-friendly on mobile devices.

There are plans being considered for performances celebrating women first being given the vote in 1918.  See the current Newsletter for information, and watch this space.

Play Readings are arranged for most months, and plans have just been announced for play readings up to the autumn.  We're also planning a Summer Social.  See What's On.
