Tavistock Festival Readings

Taken from the series written by Alan Bennett for BBC television in the 1980s & 1990s, two dramatic monologues will be performed as rehearsed readings  as part of the Tavistock Festival.

The two monologues will be:
A Cream Cracker Under The Settee, performed by Pam Smith
A Lady of Letters, performed by Sarah Denne
Director Stuart Waterworth

30th April, 7pm for 7.30pm, Bedford Hotel Gallery 26

1st May, 7pm for 7.30pm, Calstock Arts, The Old Chapel, Calstock

5th May, 7pm for 7.30pm, Bedford Hotel Gallery 26
Festival Gala Supper

Tickets: 20 including supper from Miller Town & Country Tavistock Office or 8 on the door with supper available from the bar.

The Tavistock Festival is an annual event which features concerts and events from a wide range of musical genres given by internationally known, amateur and young musicians, lectures, exhibitions and art and literary workshops, theatrical performances and an arts market in Bedford Square, under the presidency of local, international prize winning composer, Andrew Wilson.
